Medical Office Properties definition

Medical Office Properties means each Property which is fully developed and operational for use primarily as a medical office building or an office building used for ancillary or support services for another Healthcare Facility.
Medical Office Properties means each Property which is fully developed and operational for use primarily as a medical office building or an office building used for ancillary or support services for another Healthcare Facility. “Medical Services” means medical and health care services provided to a Person, including, but not limited to, medical and health care services provided to a Person which are covered by a policy of insurance, and includes, without limitation, physician services, nurse and therapist services, dental services, hospital services, skilled nursing facility services, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services, home health care services, residential and out-patient behavioral healthcare services, and medicine or health care equipment provided to a Person for a necessary or specifically requested valid and proper medical or health purpose. “Medicare” means the program of health benefits for the aged and disabled administered by CMS pursuant to the terms of Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. §§1395 et seq. and related regulations. “Moody’s” means ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investor Services, Inc., together with its successors. “Mortgage Receivables” means any loan receivables or similar contracts or arrangements for the payment of money, whether senior or subordinated (in right of payment or otherwise), the obligations under which are secured or backed by commercial real estate, which loan receivables may include commercial mortgage pass-through certificates and commercial mortgage-backed bonds or similar securities and the commercial mortgage loans and properties underlying or backing them, or whole loans, whether senior or subordinated (in right of payment or otherwise), secured by commercial real estate. 30
