Member Council definition

Member Council means a group or committee comprised of GPO Members that is responsible for clinical review, award determination and, where applicable, final review of the HGPII Evaluation.
Member Council means any of the Councils of Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Argyll and Bute, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Highland and Moray;

  • No Governing Member, Council Representative, or Committee Delegate shall hold itself out as an employee or agent of the Council in any forum or for any purpose without the written consent of the Board.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Board, a Governing Member, Council Representative, or Committee Delegate shall not be an employee of the Council, and neither the Council nor the Board shall be under any obligation to make such Governing Member, Council Representative, or Committee Delegate an employee or to participate in or continue any business relationship in the future with the Council or its respective Affiliates.

  • An Administrative/Bargaining Unit Member Council shall be established and shall meet at the discretion of either party.

  • These costs are to be paid within thirty days of the Member Council receiving an invoice from the RRL for the provision of such service or resources.

  • All costs for the mobile service shall be met by those Member Councils receiving service in proportion to the extent of service provided and agreed to for each Member Council as provided for in the funding formula.

  • The method for determining the asset distribution to each Member Council is specified in clause 15 of this Agreement.

  • These members shall be appointed by the Member Council for a one (1) year term.

Member Council means the State, Offshore or other Member Councils of the Association.
