Member Delegates means the representatives delegated by the members of the Forum to a Statutory meeting according to article
Member Delegates means a person who is a representative appointed by an Original Member under this Constitution to act for and on behalf of that OriginalMember and represent the Original Member at Council Meetings and includes Alternate Member Delegates (where appointed).

Examples of Member Delegates in a sentence

  • The Member Delegation shall appoint from among the Member Delegates by majority vote during each Annual Meeting, to serve for a term of the longer of one (1) year or until the completion of the next Annual Meeting following such initial selection and appointment, a person (the “Member Delegation Chair”) to act in the capacity of chairperson with respect to the administration requirements of the CMEEC Member Delegation and the conduct and administration of the meetings of the CMEEC Member Delegation.

  • At all meetings of the CMEEC Me mbe r Delegation, all formal actions shall be determined by a majority vote of the Members cast by the Member Delegates, present in person or present and participating by means of real time electronic communication technology, except where such vote is specifically regulated by statute, including the Act, or as further defined in this Section 5 below.

  • These rights and powers shall be subject to exercise or change by the membership through the representative action of their Accredited Member Delegates at the Annual Meeting or at a duly called Special Meeting of the Society as described in these Bylaws.

  • Each Member (in the case of the Interim Members) and each Member Delegate (in the case of Member Delegates) present (in person, by remote communication, or by proxy) shall be entitled to one vote.

  • In determining whether a quorum is present individuals attending as Alternate Member Delegates are counted.

  • Only Member Delegates shall have full power to consider and vote on resolutions at General Meetings on behalf of their Original Members.

  • The number of Program Sport Members or State Division Members who must be present and eligible to vote for a quorum to exist at a General Meeting is not less than fifty percent of the Member Delegates representing Program Sport Members.

  • Union Delegate means an Employee elected by Union members and endorsed by the Union to represent the interests of Union members. All parties to this Agreement shall be notified as soon as practicable after the election of a Union Delegate. Union or CFMEU means The Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (Queensland Northern Territory Construction and General Divisional Branch).

  • Delegates means those persons elected or appointed to vote in a representative assembly for the election of a director or directors or on other matters.
