Member Delegates means the representatives delegated by the members of the Forum to a Statutory meeting according to article
Member Delegates means a person who is a representative appointed by an Original Member under this Constitution to act for and on behalf of that Original Member and represent the Original Member at Council Meetings and includes Alternate Member Delegates (where appointed).
