Member Percentage definition

Member Percentage means the percentage of total distribution that represents distribution of a single copy to any member;

Member Percentage is defined in Section 3.5 hereof.

Member Percentage means with respect to each Member, the number of Units held by such Member divided by the total number of Units issued and outstanding, both as determined at the time of the calculation.

Member Percentage the percentage indicated for a Member (of any class) on Schedule A attached hereto, as amended from time to time, which percentage is determined with respect to a Member by dividing such Member’s Class A or Class B Units, as the case may be, by the total number of issued and outstanding Class A or Class B Units, as the case may be.

Member Percentage means, with respect to any Member, the percentage set forth opposite such Member’s name on the attached Schedule A, which such Schedule may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in the Members’ Percentages hereunder.
