Member Representative member definition

Member Representative member means a member of any committee or hearing panel who is an officer, director, employee or agent of an Exchange Member that is not a Stockholder Exchange Member.
Member Representative member means a member of any committee or hearing panel appointed by the Board who has been elected or appointed after having been nominated by the Member Nominating Committee pursuant to these By-Laws and who is an officer, director, employee, or agent of an Exchange Member.
Member Representative member means an Exchange Review Council member or a member of any other committee appointed by the Board who has been elected or appointed after having been nominated by the Member Nominating Committee pursuant to these By-Laws.
