Member Unit definition

Member Unit. A unit of local government including but not limited to a city, village or fire protection district having a fire department recognized by the State of Illinois, or an intergovernmental agency and the units of which the intergovernmental agency is comprised which is a party to the MABAS Agreement and has been appropriately authorized by the governing body to enter into such agreement, and to comply with the rules and regulations of MABAS.

Member Unit means any of the thirty-four colleges and universities governed by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG).

Member Unit means a Member Interest in the Company. The number of Member Units owned by each Member shall be as set forth on Schedule A, as it may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Member Unit

Member Unit means “Member Unit” as defined in section 2(g) of the Yuba Act.
