Relatives definition

Relatives means a person, as defined in Section 2(77) of the Companies Act, 2013 and any amendments thereto.
Relatives in relation to a person means a spouse, parent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, grandchild or grandparent of the person.
Relatives means, with respect to any individual, the spouse, parents, siblings and descendants of such individual and their respective issue (whether by blood or adoption and including stepchildren) and the spouses of such persons.

Relatives means any one of the following: father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, first cousin, nephew, niece, wife, husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepparent, stepbrother, stepchild, stepsister, half sister, half brother, grandparent or grandchild.
