Relatives definition

Relatives means a person, as defined in Section 2(77) of the Companies Act, 2013 and any amendments thereto.
Relatives mean a natural person’s spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, the siblings of such person’s parents, the children of such person’s siblings, the great-grandparents or the spouses of the foregoing (if any);
Relatives in relation to a person means a spouse, parent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, grandchild or grandparent of the person.
