Membership Stock Account definition

Membership Stock Account means the account maintained by the Bank on the Bank’s books and records for each Member, which account reflects the actual number of shares of Membership Stock owned by the Member.

  • If the number of shares of Class B Stock a Member is required to hold in its Membership Stock Account increases, such additional shares shall be allocated from the Member’s Excess Stock Account to the Member’s Membership Stock Account.
