Membership Tier definition

Membership Tier means a membership tier that is a part of HCF Thank You, which are presently:

Membership Tier means the applicable Tier status which a Member can attain under the Skybucks Loyalty Programme that entitles a Member to receive the Benefits associated to the Tier;

Examples of Membership Tier in a sentence

  • Certain reservation and use rights and restrictions applicable to an HPC Club Owner will be specifically dependent upon an Owner’s Membership Tier Level.

  • Reservation Services Operator may vary each Membership Tier Level’s access to the Request Lists and Wait Lists based upon the length of time before the Vacation Period, the number of reservations, the duration of the reservations, reservation type, and other factors deemed appropriate by Reservation Services Operator in its discretion.

  • Reservation Services Operator reserves the right to amend the Membership Tier Level Chart and any aspect of one or more of the Membership Tier Levels from time to time in Reservation Services Operator’s discretion.

  • Membership Interest means a Member’s entire interest in the Company including such Member’s right to receive allocations and distributions pursuant to this Agreement and the right to participate in the management of the business and affairs of the Company in accordance with this Agreement, including the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise participate in any decision or action of or by the Members granted pursuant to this Agreement.
