Membership Tiers Sample Clauses

Membership Tiers. The Network Administrator, in its sole discretion, may but shall not be required to offer membership tiers, which may include additional benefits. Such benefits may include but are not limited to last minute unit upgrades, advance access to unique acquired inventory, waiver of certain fees, and rebates and discounts on other products and services and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Any additional fees which may be required and the availability, type and quantity of such benefits shall be determined by the Network Administrator, in its sole discretion, and may change from time to time without advance notice to the Member. The Network Administrator may discontinue offering or administering any such membership options beyond their current term and benefits therein, any time, in its sole discretion. Membership tiers may be subject to additional terms and conditions and other restrictions may apply. Transactions may require a combination of fees, cash paid and/or RCI Points, and may be subject to applicable taxes. Some products and services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to separate terms and conditions of such third parties. RCI does not warrant and is not liable for the availability, value or safety of any such third party benefits. If membership tiers are available to Members, terms and conditions of such alternative membership options, including pricing information can be found at xxx.xxx.xxx. Membership tiers may not be available to all Members.
Membership Tiers. Membership Tiers are based on the Member’s gross annual revenue for the year prior to their admission as a Member and, for each subsequent year, gross annual revenue for the year preceding their Membership renewal. Members will determine and report to Prebid with each renewal their gross annual revenue. For purposes of this Agreement, “gross annual revenue” is defined as the aggregate global gross revenue of the Member and its controlled or wholly-owned subsidiaries, for the Member’s most recently ended fiscal year, determined consistent with GAAP. 1.1.1 Technology Members with gross annual revenue of $10 million (USD) or greater are eligible only for Tier 1 Membership and are subject to the Tier 1 Membership fees for their Membership Class. 1.1.2 Technology Members with gross annual revenue of less than $10 million (USD) are eligible for Tier 2 Membership and are subject to the Tier 2 Membership fees for their Membership Class. Such Members may elect Tier 1 Membership subject to the payment of Tier 1 Membership fees. 1.1.3 Technology Members with gross annual revenue of less than $5 million (USD) are eligible for Tier 3 Membership and are subject to the Tier 3 Membership fees for their Membership Class. Such Members may elect Tier 1 Membership or Tier 2 Membership subject to the payment of those respective fees.
Membership Tiers. There are five (5) membership tiers, namely Dropshipper, Sales Consultant, Distributor, Main Dealer, Partner and Exclusive Partner, which you will achieve once you have made the payment of the deposit and acquisition price determined for each membership tier. In order to maintain your membership tier, you must comply with the top-up system implemented for each membership tier, failing which you will be classified as Dropshipper in the subsequent month automatically without any notice and all the benefits and conditions applicable to Dropshipper shall apply simultaneously. Depending on your tier status, you will be entitled to a host of exclusive benefits. Membership Tiers. 11.1. The UthusRewards Loyalty Program offers four (4) membership tiers as follows: • an entry membership tier known as “Member”; • a basic membership tier known as “Silver”; • a mid-tier membership tier known as “Gold”; and • premier membership tier known as “Platinum”; § Member 0 11.2. The number of Points required to upgrade or renew the tiered membership is set out below: 11.3. Points earned between 1 January to 30 June in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 July to 31 December of that calendar year. 11.4. Points earned between 1 July to 31 December in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 January to 30 June of the next calendar year. 11.5. Upon expiration of your membership tenure in a particular tier and if you have not earned sufficient Points to be retained in that tier, you shall be downgraded to the next relevant membership tier. 11.6. The benefits and privileges of each membership tier shall be as set out from time to time in the Application.
Membership Tiers. When signing up as a Member, you will need to select a Membership tier (“Membership Tier”). The Platform offers various Membership Tiers, including a Trial Membership and Premium Membership. Rights and restrictions for each Membership Tier are set out on the Platform. (a) (Trial Membership) A Trial Membership: (i) gives you limited access to the Platform (as set out on the Platform); (ii) is available for a limited duration (as set out on the Platform); (iii) does not require any payment during the Trial Membership period, with the first Membership Fee to be charged immediately after the earlier of: a. expiry of the Trial Membership; or b. when an Exchange is accepted, c. via the pre-authorised payment method; (iv) requires a valid payment method and pre-authorisation of the Membership Fee at the time of registration; (v) will terminate if the payment method is removed, in which case your access to the Platform will also end. (b) (Premium Membership) A Premium Membership is any other Membership Tier that offers various access and use rights to the Platform for a Membership Fee.
Membership Tiers. There are three membership tiers, ensuring tailored support based on individual needs and financial capacity: ● Free Membership: Grants access to general Union information and participation in select public Union activities. ● Paid Membership: Provides individualized services, including assistance with legal forms, access to government resources, and basic legal support. ● Premium Membership: Offers exclusive access to POWER’s high-level resources, legal representation, and strategic collaboration.
