Merchant Customer definition

Merchant Customer means a person who is a customer of the Merchant making Payments to the Merchant for processing by the Merchant’s third party payment processor;
Merchant Customer means a person or entity that uses Respondent’s shopping cart software and related services in connection with the sale of products and services on a Web site.
Merchant Customer has the meaning set forth in the Investment Agreement.
