Merchant Interface definition

Merchant Interface means the user interface available to Merchants at <xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/>.
Merchant Interface means the user interface available to Merchants at <http://secure.authorize.net>.
Merchant Interface means the user interface available to Merchants at a web site <xxxxx://x0xx.xxx>, <xxxxx://xxx.x0xx.xxx/cloud9> or other web sites under <x0xx.xxx> domain “Merchant Service Providerfor purposes of this Agreement, a Merchant Service Provider shall mean any third party through whom Cloud9 may offer the Transaction Services to Customer, including but not limited to a reseller, Independent Sales Organization (“ISO”), application service provider, merchant aggregator, acquiring bank and financing agency.

  • Customer must log into Customer’s Merchant Interface at <xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/>, click on Contact Us, click on Customer Support Inquiry Form, type Customer’s termination request, and click the Submit button.

  • Log into the Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net.

  • Service termination notices to CyberSource shall be given electronically from within Customer’s CyberSource Merchant Interface and sent to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • If fees are applicable to the Additional Service(s), Customer agrees to pay the Additional Service fees in accordance with the billing and payment terms set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement and in the amounts set forth in the Fee Schedule located in the Merchant Interface and/or in the Additional Service documentation page accessed during enrollment in the applicable Additional Service.

  • Customer shall pay to CyberSource the fees set forth in the Fee Schedule located in the Merchant Interface, which is hereby incorporated into the terms of this Agreement by reference.

  • If Customer’s credit card number and/or federal income tax ID number changes, Customer shall promptly update its account information in the Merchant Interface.

  • All payments processed on or through the Mobile Application are subject to the Authorize.Net Service fees set forth in your Merchant Service Agreement (including the Fee Schedule located in the Merchant Interface) and any applicable taxes.

  • If Customer’s depository account(s) number and/or federal income tax ID number changes, Merchant shall promptly update its account information in the Merchant Interface.

  • The authentication verification value returned by Visa or MasterCard is included in the transaction response from the payment gateway and is also included on the Transaction Detail page for the transaction in the Merchant Interface.

  • If fees are applicable to the Additional Service(s), Customer agrees to the Additional Service Fees, in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement, in the amounts provided in the Fee Schedule located in the Merchant Interface and/or in the Additional Service documentation page accessed during enrolment in the applicable Additional Service.

Related to Merchant Interface

  • User Interface means the interface for the Hosted Services designed to allow individual human users to access and use the Hosted Services.

  • Fiserv means Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
