Merchant Service Provider definition

Merchant Service Provider has the meaning set out in Article 6, Section C.
Merchant Service Provider for purposes of this Agreement, a Merchant Service Provider shall mean any third party through whom CyberSource may offer the Transaction Services to Customer, including but not limited to a reseller, Independent Sales Organization (“ISO”), application service provider, merchant aggregator, acquiring bank and financing agency.
Merchant Service Provider or “MSP” - means a merchant bank, an agent for a merchant bank, or an independent sales organization (ISO) for a merchant bank, that provides Merchant with an account to accept credit cards and provides certain services related thereto.

  • In the event Customer is billed by a Merchant Service Provider in accordance with Section 6.2, Customer hereby authorizes the Merchant Service Provider to terminate this Agreement on Customer’s behalf.

Merchant Service Provider means any third party through whom Authorize.Net may provide the eCheck.Net Service to Merchant, including, but not limited to, a reseller, independent service organization, application service provider, merchant aggregator, and acquiring bank.
