MERIT REVIEW definition
MERIT REVIEW. MERIT REVIEW or “Merit Review Service” means a merits review of a Work Capacity Decision undertaken by WorkCover under section 44(1)(b) of the 1987 Act.

The Investor understands that no commissioners of securities or equivalent officials of any state have made any finding or determination relating to the fairness of an investment in the Shares and that no such person has recommended or endorsed the Shares.
