MERS eDelivery definition
MERS eDelivery means the transmission system operated by the Electronic Agent that is used to deliver eNotes, other Electronic Records and data from one MERS eRegistry member to another using a system-to-system interface and conforming to the standards of the MERS eRegistry.

In connection with the repurchase of any eMortgage Loan in accordance with the Agreement, upon receipt of the related Repurchase Price by Administrative Agent for the benefit of Buyers, Seller may submit a Request for Release (as defined in the Custodial Agreement) to Custodian, and Custodian shall deliver the eNote via MERS eDelivery and initiate a Transfer of Control and Location of the related eNote on the MERS eRegistry as set forth in the Request for Release.
