Meter Reading Charge definition

Meter Reading Charge has the meaning given to it in the Framework Agreement. Meter Reading Services the services in connection with reading Meters installed at Supply Points including data collection and aggregation. Metering Equipment any part of the meter installation including Meters, pressure regulators, valves, pipes, data loggers, telecommunications or other equipment downstream of the emergency control valve and up to the final Meter outlet valve. Metering Point the outlet of the control valve for each Meter at each Supply Point.
Meter Reading Charge means the charge for the Meter reading as calculated in accordance with the Framework Agreement.
Meter Reading Charge means the charge for Meter reading as calculated in accordance with Paragraph 6.7 of Schedule 3.

Examples of Meter Reading Charge in a sentence

  • If the Supplier is responsible for the Metering Equipment in accordance with sub-clause 7.1, the Customer shall pay the Supplier the Meter Asset Charge and Meter Reading Charge for the Metering Services provided and the Customer shall indemnify the Supplier for any costs incurred by the Supplier as a result of damage caused by the Customer to, or removal of, such third party Metering Equipment.

  • If the Supplier is responsible for the Metering Equipment in accordance with Clause 7.1, the Customer shall pay the Supplier the Meter Asset Charge and Meter Reading Charge for the Metering Services provided.

  • If the Supplier is the Responsible Party, the Customer shall pay the Supplier the Meter Asset Charge and Meter Reading Charge for the Metering Services provided.

  • Fixed Daily Charges (£ per Day) shall comprise: the Network Capacity Charge; the Meter Asset Charge; the Meter Reading Charge; the Commission; the Administration Fee; and any other Approved charges required in order to ensure that the fixed costs associated with a Supply Point are accurately and appropriately allocated (including any adjustments in respect of Transportation Charges and Meter Asset Charges to be applied, pursuant to this Schedule 3, in respect of the previous Supply Year).

  • The Meter Reading Charge is not relevant to DM Meters, and shall therefore not apply.

  • The Meter Reading Charge is not relevant to daily metered Meters, and shall therefore not apply.

  • Remote Electronic Meter Reading Charge (if applicable per Section 5 above): ☐ Per Transportation Service Rate [INSERT ST, LT, XLT, XXLT] of the Rate Book.

  • Subject to Paragraphs 6.21 and 6.22, the Meter Reading Charge for each Procurement Year shall be: in respect of Monthly Read Meters, £72.84 for each Meter; in respect of Six Monthly Read Meters, £12.14 for each Meter; and in respect of Annually Read Meters, £8.58 for each Meter.

  • For Supply Points where the meter reading agent appointed for the purposes of the Uniform Network Code invoices the Customer directly for the meter reading services, the Supplier shall not charge the Customer any Meter Reading Charge.

Meter Reading Charge has the meaning given to it in the Framework Agreement. Metering Agent as the context requires, a Meter Operator or Data Collector or both of them.
