Metered Time Period definition

Metered Time Period means the time interval of the meter data;
Metered Time Period. “Nomination Notification” “Optional Service Period” “Optional Services” “Optional Utilisation Baseline” “Optional Utilisation Fee” “Optional Utilisation Payment” “Optional Utilisation Request” means the time interval of the meter data; means in respect of a Flexible Unit, a notice of nomination to deliver Flexibility Services in accordance with Clause 9; means in respect of a Flexible Unit, periods during the term of the Contract that are not Service Periods; means a request made under Clause 11; means the baseline methodology used for payment of Optional Services specified in Schedule Two; means the fee for providing Optional Services as specified in Schedule Two; means payments calculated in accordance with Schedule Five; means a request for Flexibility Services from the Company in respect of a Flexible Unit during an Optional Service Period;

Related to Metered Time Period

  • Time Period means the Term and the twenty-four-month period next following the expiration of the Term.

  • Real-Time Price means the Resource-Specific Settlement Interval LMP as defined in the CAISO Tariff. If there is more than one applicable Real-Time Price for the same period of time, Real-Time Price shall mean the price associated with the smallest time interval.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Qualifying Time Period means the period defined in Section 2.3.C, during which the Applicant shall make investment on the Land where the Qualified Property is located in the amount required by the Act, the Comptroller’s Rules, and this Agreement.

  • Unmetered Load means electricity consumed on the Network that is not directly recorded using Metering Equipment, but is calculated or estimated in accordance with the Code;

  • Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.

  • Work period means the period specified in a Plan when an employee is at work.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Compounded Daily XXXXX means the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average as the Reference Rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the applicable Final Terms Document) on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 being rounded upwards: where:

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Covered Building Service Employee means any person performing building service work for a Covered Building Service Employer, either directly or through a contract or subcontract.

  • Kilowatt-hour or “kWh” shall mean three decimal six million (3.6 10E6) Joule

  • kW means kilowatt.

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.

  • Residual Metered Load means all load remaining in an electric distribution company’s fully metered franchise area(s) or service territory(ies) after all nodally priced load of entities serving load in such area(s) or territory(ies) has been carved out.

  • Uptime Percentage means Uptime expressed as a percentage, calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Specified Time means a time determined in accordance with Schedule 9 (Timetables).

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.

  • BPD means barrels per day.

  • input service means any service used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
