  • In relation to the schedule changes addressed in this Paragraph 4, during any Optional Service Period, at Project Co’s reasonable request, Transporter shall consult with, and if required by Project Co, seek consent from Project Co for any of the schedule changes addressed below or otherwise proceed with such matters in the manner directed by Project Co.

Related to Optional Service Period

  • Service Period means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the applicable Distribution Date and ending on the earliest to occur of (a) the date that a Party terminates the provision of such Service pursuant to Section 5.03 and (b) the date, if any, specified for termination of such Service on the Schedules hereto, or, if no such date is specified, the date that is the eighteen (18)-month anniversary of the applicable Distribution Date.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you.   • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Bus Service means regularly scheduled public transit service operating with limited stops using a fixed route.

  • Termination Assistance Period means the period commencing upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and each Statement of Work and expiring six (6) months thereafter, as such period may be extended by the Parties.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
