Metering Agent Charges for a Supply Point, means the HH metering charges, AMR metering charges, Smart metering charges, NHH metering charges (whichever are relevant and) as set out on the Contract Information Pack, and/or any other charges we have agreed to pay, have paid or are required to pay to Agent Services Providers on your behalf in the course of the Agreement;
Metering Agent Charges for a Supply Point, means any cost that we have agreed to pay, have paid, or are required to pay in connection with Agent Service(s) and any charges that we may apply in relation to the management of those Agent Service(s). Related to Metering Agent Charges

  • Development Charges or “DC” shall mean the amount charged by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards carrying out the developmental works inside or around the Project, including but not limited to the payment of the following:

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller of personal property or services for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of personal property or services including, but not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating and packing. Delivery charges shall not include charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser.

  • Meter means a device which records the demand and/or the electrical energy consumed and includes conventional and prepayment meters;

  • Late Payment Charge means the charge that is applied when either Party fails to remit payment for any charges by the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received after the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received in funds which are not immediately available or received by either Party as of the Bill Due Date, or if either Party does not submit the Remittance Information.

  • Government Charges means all charges or duties on deposits into, or withdrawals from your account that are payable under a law of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory or any other jurisdiction whether or not you are primarily liable to pay these charges.
