Microsoft Customer Agreement definition

Microsoft Customer Agreement means the Agreement that Microsoft uses to convey or provide Microsoft Azure Services to Customer.

• As between Microsoft and Company and subject to the license grants under the Microsoft Customer Agreement, Microsoft shall own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Microsoft Product (and all information made available through the Microsoft Products (including Microsoft Azure), but excluding Company Content), and all Intellectual Property Rights in and to any of the foregoing.
