Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.
Litigation support contractor means a contractor (including its experts, technical consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers) providing litigation support under a contract that contains the clause at 252.204-7014, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Information by Litigation Support Contractors.
Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).
Transaction Support Agreement means that certain Transaction Support Agreement, together with all exhibits, annexes, and schedules thereto, dated as of March 15, 2019, and as amended on April 10, 2019, by and among NMG, Inc. and its subsidiaries, the Consenting Sponsors, an ad hoc committee of holders of 2013 Term Loans, an ad hoc committee of holders of Cash Pay Notes and PIK Toggle Notes, and each of the additional parties who delivered a joinder thereto.
construction supervisor means a competent person responsible for supervising construction activities on a construction site;
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.
Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.
Child support means that part of an Enhanced Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Enhanced Child Restraint System.

Tier 1 Support means the Technical Support provided by the Tier 1 Help Desk.
Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.
Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.
Early intervention services means individual programmes for children with developmental delays or disabilities, or children at risk of being developmentally delayed or of having a disability, aged 0 to 6 years, aimed at providing assistance to the child and its family in the areas of physical, emotional, social and educational needs.
SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.
Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Coordinated care organization means an organization meeting criteria adopted by the
Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.
First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.
Written Testing-the-Waters Communication means any Testing-the-Waters Communication that is a written communication within the meaning of Rule 405 under the Securities Act.
