Minimum Exploration Programme definition

Minimum Exploration Programme means the Exploration work to which Contractor has committed itself for each phase of the Exploration Period in accordance with Article 7.

Examples of Minimum Exploration Programme in a sentence

  • If, on termination of the EPSC or relinquishment of the entire Contract Area, whichever occurs first, the Contractor has not completed the Minimum Exploration Programme, the Ministry may draw down an amount corresponding to the then-current balance of the Financial Guarantee.

  • The Contractor is required to submit a Financial Guarantee, no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, in an amount equal to US$ 15,000,000 to secure the performance of the Minimum Exploration Programme.

  • If, at the end of the Initial Exploration Period or any extension period, the Contractor has not performed the Minimum Exploration Programme, the Ministry may draw down an amount corresponding to the then-current balance of the Financial Guarantee.

  • During the Exploration Phase, the amount of the Financial Guarantee shall be reduced as of the end of each month by the amount actually expended on the Minimum Exploration Programme during that month.

  • The Contractor has the option to extend twice for a period of two (2) years each time, provided it has satisfied the Minimum Exploration Programme (see Section IV) and posted a US$ 15 million Financial Guarantee (see Section VIII).

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of the municipality, in terms of section 53(l) (c) (ii) of the MFMA, for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and which indicate –

  • Exploration Well means a well that is not a development well, a service well or a stratigraphic test well.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan referred to in paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Exploratory Well means a well that is not a development well, a service well or a stratigraphic test well.

  • local spatial development framework means a local spatial development framework contemplated in section 9;

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Exploration means all activities directed toward ascertaining the existence, location, quantity, quality or commercial value of deposits of Products.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Mining Plan means a mining plan drawn in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section

  • Annual Business Plan means the development plan and budget report for Party B’s Business in the next calendar year which is prepared by Party B with the assistance of Party A pursuant to this Agreement before November 30 of each year.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • exploration area means that part of the Area allocated to the Contractor for exploration, described in schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be reduced from time to time in accordance with this contract and the Regulations;
