Minimum Spend definition

Minimum Spend means in relation to each Service the monthly minimum spend commitment as outlined in the Service Agreement, or the Order Schedule, or the Tariff or otherwise in any agreed tariff plan referred to in the Service Agreement or Order Schedule constituting the minimum amount you agree to pay to us each month for that Service regardless of your actual use of the Service.
Minimum Spend means the minimum total expenditure which must be incurred by the Customer prior to the expiry of the Minimum Term, in relation to all or a particular Service or Services, as set out in the Commercial Schedule(s) or Service Schedule, and excludes any Equipment Charges or other line items, unless specified in the Commercial Schedule;;
Minimum Spend means the minimum expenditure that the Client agrees to spend with Digital Origin on the Services excluding purchases of Handsets or Equipment and excluding VAT within the Minimum Agreement Term;

Examples of Minimum Spend in a sentence

  • In the event that the Minimum Spend is not on the Service Agreement or Order Schedules then the Minimum Spend applicable will be the sum of any fixed rental charges plus the value of your call usage on your second bill from B4B Telecoms.

  • When Equipment is purchased and the purchase price is less than the Arrow published list price as published from time to time, title will only pass on completion of the minimum term and payment of Minimum Spend at clause 2.4 (as applicable) as specified in the relevant Product Agreement.

  • The Fees (including any Minimum Spend) are payable in consideration of Dermscreen’s supply of the Service, Administration Platform and any Dermscreen Hardware or Professional Services.

  • The Minimum Spend Commitment is determined based on the type of Rate Plan to which a Customer Device is subscribed at the time of the requested Rate Plan change.

Minimum Spend means the minimum payment for the Event due from the Client.

Page Impressions mean the number of times each page of a website is viewed within a specific time period; Production Cost means the cost associated with any Content creation of an Advertisement; Programmatic Platform means an online platform from which an Advertiser can directly book Advertisements with limited or no intervention of any sales representative of MCN and includes without limitation MCN’s platform known as SmartHub; Proposal means the proposed Activity we send to you regarding Advertisements for any of your Campaigns; Projections mean the average number of people within the given demographic watching at any given time a particular channel; programme or timeslot; Rates mean the rates applicable to an Activity as provided by us and approved by you at the time of booking; Schedule means the binding schedule for Advertisements; Services means activities undertaken by MCN in order to place, book, confirm, publish, upload, make available, produce, communicate and/or air your Advertisements on MCN Media; Special Advertisement means:
