Minimum Team Salary definition

Minimum Team Salary means the minimum Team Salary a Team must have for a Salary Cap Year as determined in accordance with Article VII, Section 2(b).
Minimum Team Salary means the amount of Team Salary, as set forth in Article VII, Section 1(d), that each Team must equal or exceed as of the last day of a Season.
Minimum Team Salary means the minimum amount in Salary obligations to, or on behalf of, players with respect to an NBA Season that each Team must incur or pay.

Examples of Minimum Team Salary in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, any Team that ceases operations prior to the conclusion of a WNBA Season shall not be required to meet the Minimum Team Salary obligation.

  • Amount of Salary Cap, League-wide Guarantee and Minimum Team Salary.

  • The level used to calculate (pursuant to (c) and (d) below) the League-wide Guarantee and the Minimum Team Salary (the “Guarantee Level”) for the Salary Cap Year commencing on January 1, 2014 shall be eight hundred and fifty-seven thousand dollars ($857,000).

  • The NFLPA and the Management Council must confer on a regular basis concerning the status of pending in- jury grievances and the attribution of any injury grievance exposure to Team Salary under Article XXIV (Guaranteed League-wide Salary, Salary Cap & Minimum Team Salary).

  • Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, there will be no Guaranteed League-wide Salary, Salary Cap, or Minimum Team Salary in the Final League Year.

  • The NFLMC shall provide to the NFLPA any salary information received from a Club which is relevant to whether such Player Contract complies with Article XVII (Entering Player Pool) and/or Article XXIV (Guar- anteed League-wide Salary, Salary Cap & Minimum Team Salary), within two business days following the NFL’s receipt of such information.

  • The Salary of any player selected by an Expansion Team in an expansion draft and terminated in accordance with the NBA waiver procedure before the first day of the Expansion Team’s first Season shall not be included in the Expansion Team’s Team Salary, except, to the extent such Salary is paid, for purposes of determining whether the Expansion Team has satisfied its Minimum Team Salary obligation for such Season.


More Definitions of Minimum Team Salary

Minimum Team Salary means the minimum amount that each Team must pay in Salaries during a League Year, if applicable, as set forth in Article XXIV (Guaranteed League-wide Salary, Salary Cap & Minimum Team Salary), Section 5.

Related to Minimum Team Salary

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Salary as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one (1) day prior to the Change of Control; and (ii) the average of the Incentive Bonus paid (or payable) for the three (3) most recently completed fiscal years of the Company.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed the minimum term will be 12 months from your contract commencement date or other such date as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Target Bonus has the meaning described in Section 4(b).

  • Performance Bonus means the performance bonus in respect of each Class payable to the General Partner by the Partnership which will be equal to 20% of the product of: (a) the number of Units of that Class outstanding on the Performance Bonus Date; and (b) the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit of that Class on the Performance Bonus Date (prior to giving effect to the Performance Bonus) plus the aggregate value of all distributions per Unit of that Class during the Performance Bonus Term exceeds $25.00.

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Annual payroll means the total amount of wages subject to contributions during a twelve-month period ending with the last day of the second calendar quarter of any calendar year.

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by the Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
