Minimum Usage definition

Minimum Usage means 90% of Anticipated Usage.
Minimum Usage means, for each Transaction, Actual Usage of 90% of the applicable Anticipated Usage, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Transaction Agreement.

Minimum Usage means the percentage of allowable usage below the Anticipated Energy Usage, if applicable, as defined in the Transaction Confirmation.
