Underutilization Fee definition

Underutilization Fee means a fee equal to 4% per annum of any amount of the maximum Principal Amount, being $25,000,000, less any drawn amounts;

  • Non-Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.
