Ministerial Decree means either, as may be applicable:
Ministerial Decree means a Keputusan Menteri or Kepmen, a decree of a line ministry of the Borrower, and “Ministerial Decrees” means more than one (1)

  • Committees means Committees of the Board for the time being in force.
