Minor Deviations definition

Minor Deviations means one which does not affect the price of the bid; or does not give the bidder an advantage or benefit not enjoyed by other bidders; or does not adversely impact the interests of the Department.
Minor Deviations means minor deviations from the Final Plans and Specifications that result from workmanship within normal construction tolerances for Class A industrial and distribution buildings recently built by skilled, experienced and sophisticated contractors, but not any deviations resulting from a substitution of materials, a change in design, or a failure to install any component of the Final Plans and Specifications.
Minor Deviations means any change, minor in scope, in a plan which can reasonably be presumed not to make a significant change in the conduct of timber operations and which can reasonably be expected not to significantly adversely affect timberland productivity or values relating to soil, water quality, watershed, wildlife, fisheries, range and forage, recreation, and aesthetic enjoyment or to result in a violation of the applicable water quality control plan. Minor Deviations means minor deviations from the Levee Project Plans that result from workmanship that is within normal construction tolerances for comparable Levee projects recently built by skilled, experienced and reputable contractors, but not any deviations resulting from a substitution of materials, a change in design, or a failure to install any component of the Levee Project Plans.
