Mobilization Services definition

Mobilization Services means, without limitation and as more fully described in Section 2.2,Mobilization/Transition, all preparation for the commencement of O&M Services, including taking steps necessary to establish a seamless transition; preparing all operational plans required by the Department; developing or procuring and implementing the RMIS; hiring and training O&M Firm Personnel; developing procedures and internal guidelines; and transitioning equipment and facilities from the DBM Firm and dispatching services from CSXT.

Examples of Mobilization Services in a sentence

  • The Client may, upon giving thirty (30) days written notice identifying specifically the basis for such notice, terminate the Mobilization Services for: (i) convenience provided, that the Client pays in full prior to the effective termination date.

  • Client shall not disclose the terms and conditions of the Mobilization Services or the pricing contained herein to any third party unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

Related to Mobilization Services

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
