Modified Labor Agreement definition

Modified Labor Agreement means a new collective bargaining agreement with an Affected Union that is entered into by Buyer and an Affected Union.

Modified Labor Agreement means the ISG Labor Agreement, as modified pursuant to Section 3.1(u) hereof.

  • All offers of employment to Covered Employees not governed by a Modified Labor Agreement shall be for “at will” employment.
