Monetary Contributions definition

Monetary Contributions as used in this Section means cash or stocks, bonds, or other securities at their fair market value on the date of the contribution.
Monetary Contributions means the monetary development contributions required to be paid to the Council as specified in Schedule 4. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act.

More Definitions of Monetary Contributions

Monetary Contributions means the monetary contributions set out in Section C of Schedule 3. Owner means Marulan Estates Pty Ltd ACN 113 187 778.
