Employment Commencement Date. An Employee's Employment Commencement date means the date the Employee first performs an Hour of Service for the Employer.
Employment Commencement Date. Executive is commencing employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement on January 16, 2020 (the “Commencement Date”) and, from and after such date, the Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by the Company, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article III, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
