MONTHLY CERTIFICATEHOLDERS REPORT means a report provided pursuant to Section 5.4 by the Paying Agent monthly as of the related Determination Date generally in the form and substance of Exhibit M, which sets forth, to the extent applicable: (i) the amount, if any, of such distributions to the holders of each Class of Principal Balance Certificates applied to reduce the respective Certificate Balances thereof; (ii) the amount of such distribution to holders of each Class of Certificates allocable to (A) interest accrued (including Excess Interest) at the respective Pass-Through Rates, less any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and (B) Prepayment Premiums; (iii) the number of outstanding Mortgage Loans and the aggregate Principal Balance and Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans at the close of business on such Determination Date; (iv) the number and aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of Mortgage Loans (A) delinquent 30-59 days, (B) delinquent 60-89 days, (C) delinquent 90 or more days, (D) as to which foreclosure proceedings have been commenced, or (E) as to which bankruptcy proceedings have been commenced; (v) with respect to any REO Property included in the Trust, the Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan as of the date of acquisition of the REO Property and the Scheduled Principal Balance thereof; (vi) as of the related Determination Date (A) as to any REO Property sold during the related Collection Period, the date of the related determination by the Special Servicer that it has recovered all payments which it expects to be finally recoverable and the amount of the proceeds of such sale deposited into the Certificate Account, and (B) the aggregate amount of other revenues collected by the Special Servicer with respect to each REO Property during the related Collection Period and credited to the Certificate Account, in each case identifying such REO Property by the loan number of the related Mortgage Loan; (vii) the Aggregate Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as the case may be, of each Class of Certificates before and after giving effect to the distribution made on such Distribution Date; (viii) the aggregate amount of Principal Prepayments made during the related Collection Period; (ix) the Pass-Through Rate applicable to each Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (x) the aggregate amount of the Master Servicing Fee, the Primary Servicing Fee, the Special Servicing Fee, the Excess Servicing Fees and the fees paid to the applicable No...
