Monthly Compliance Report definition

Monthly Compliance Report means the monthly report submitted to the Judicial Council by the Design Build Entity that must contain information demonstrating that the Design Build Entity and its subcontractors at every tier have complied with all the requirements of Chapter 2.9 (Skilled and Trained Workforce Requirements) of Part 1 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code (sections 2600 - 2603).
Monthly Compliance Report means the operational reports referred to in Schedule 9.02(h)(i) hereto.
