Monthly Data File definition

Monthly Data File has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 of the Master Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Data File has the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Back-up Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Data File has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

More Definitions of Monthly Data File

Monthly Data File means (i) with respect to the DCS Receivables, the monthly data tape delivered under in the DCS Servicing Agreement, (ii) with respect to the Ford Credit Receivables, the Monthly Data File as defined in the Ford Credit Servicing Agreement and (iii) with respect to the Volvo Finance Receivables, the Monthly Data File as defined in the Volvo Finance Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Data File means (i) with respect to the DCS Receivables, the monthly data tapes delivered under the DCS Servicing Agreements, (ii) with respect to the Ford Credit Receivables, the Monthly Data Files as defined in the Ford Credit Servicing Agreements and (iii) with respect to the GMAC Receivables, the Monthly Data File as defined in the GMAC Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Data File has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.
Monthly Data File means the monthly data file delivered pursuant to Section 3.8 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Data File means, for each Payment Date, a computer tape or electronic file in a format reasonably acceptable to the Back-up Servicer, containing the Monthly Investor Report for such Payment Date and the information with respect to the Notes and the Receivables necessary for preparation of such Monthly Investor Report.

Related to Monthly Data File

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Servicer Report A report (substantially in the form of Schedule 5 hereto) or otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Master Servicer and Securities Administrator on an electronic data file or tape prepared by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement, with such additions, deletions and modifications as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Servicer.
