Monthly Energy Payment definition

Monthly Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.[1/2]([b/c]).

Examples of Monthly Energy Payment in a sentence

  • Thereafter, payments for Energy shall be 100 percent of the Monthly Energy Payment provided in Section 9.2.1.

  • During the First Period of the Contract Term, Seller shall be paid a Monthly Energy Payment for the Energy delivered by the Seller to Edison at the Point of Interconnection pursuant to the Energy Payment Option selected by Seller in Section 1.12, as follows.

  • In addition, Buyer shall pay the [Monthly Energy Payment] in respect of the Product produced during any other Buyer requested test unless the results of such test demonstrate that the actual Contract Capacity has varied by more than two percent (2%) from the results of the most recent tests, in which case Buyer shall pay the lesser of the [Monthly Energy Payment] in respect of the Product produced during such test and the applicable CAISO real-time hourly average energy price.
