Monthly Financial Report definition

Monthly Financial Report means the financial returns, documents and related information required to be filed by each Clearing Participant under the relevant rules of the Exchange and/or SRO applicable to that Clearing Participant.
Monthly Financial Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(b).
Monthly Financial Report. (“MFR”) means a report on Program expenses, in accordance with the applicable Annual Budget, submitted to DYCD on or before the fifth (5th) day of each month for the previous month.

More Definitions of Monthly Financial Report

Monthly Financial Report means an unaudited financial statement, in reasonable detail, and subject to year-end adjustments, setting forth the financial results of the Resort over the prior calendar month, including (a) the number of skier visits and the Resort’s revenues and expenses, (b) the Resort EBITDA, (c) a comparison of the actual Resort EBITDA for the prior calendar month versus (i) actual Resort EBITDA from the same calendar month in the prior Lease Year, and (ii) the Lease Year to date and (d) a capital expenditure summary for the prior calendar month and the Lease Year to date. The Monthly Financial Report will incorporate an estimate of Multi-Resort Pass Allocation which will be subject to year-end adjustment for the Annual Financial Report. A sample Monthly Financial Report is annexed hereto as Exhibit O.
Monthly Financial Report means a summary of the financial and analytical performance of any obligation;
Monthly Financial Report means the report that is submitted to the Commission through the Executive Director by each local program on a monthly basis, and which contains at a minimum all ASAP funds, including carry-over or reserve funds, as well as monthly expenditures and revenues.
