Mortgage Payment definition

Mortgage Payment means, with respect to any Home, any payment actually made under any Mortgage on such Home (other than a Mortgage Payoff), including without limitation payments of principal and interest and for taxes and insurance.
Mortgage Payment means the amount of each regularly scheduled monthly payment of principal and interest due and payable under the Base Facility Note subject to Defeasance during the period beginning on the first day of the second calendar month after the Defeasance Closing Date and ending on the Stated Maturity Date, and the amount that would constitute the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Base Facility Note subject to Defeasance on the Stated Maturity Date if all prior Mortgage Payments were paid on their due dates.
Mortgage Payment means the owner's payment on any mortgage which is necessary for financing the purchase of an owner's dwelling unit. It may also include payments for lease rent, real property taxes, mortgage insurance, association fees, and any other expenses directly related to financing the purchase of the owner's real property or to maintaining an ownership interest in the real property.
