Most Economically Advantageous definition

Most Economically Advantageous means using a cost- effectiveness approach or price/quality ratio which offers the best price (this will not necessarily be the lowest price)
Most Economically Advantageous means the criteria used to determine whether an offer is the most economically advantageous to the Authority and shall be determined in each case by the Authority in accordance with any policy of the Authority and these Rules. The criteria will always include price and may include any one or more of the following and such other criteria as the Authority or Relevant Appointed Officer may consider fit:
