Motion Record definition

Motion Record means all Affidavits and other documents that a motion participant intends to rely on for a Motion, other than a Factum and Book of Authorities;
Motion Record means the Receiver’s motion record for the Sale Approval Motion;
Motion Record means a bound book that contains all of the paper materials a Motion Participant is relying on for a Motion other than a Factum and Book of Authorities.
