MSA Term definition

MSA Term has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 (Term) of this MSA.
MSA Term has the meaning set forth in Section 19.01(1).
MSA Term means (i) in the case of Paid MSA, collectively, the Initial MSA Term and any Renewal MSA Terms and (ii) in the case of Included MSA, the term of the Subscription License.

  • To the extent the initial Service Term or a Renewal Term applicable to a Sales Order extends beyond the expiration date of the MSA Term, such Sales Order shall continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in an Ordering Document, fees for Paid MSA are required to be paid in advance for the Initial MSA Term and for any Renewal MSA Term.
