Multiparty Agreement definition

Multiparty Agreement. Any Multiparty Agreement entered into by the Lender, Borrower, the Investment Advisor and the Administrator on or after the Closing Date, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Multiparty Agreement means the agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Customer, AEF, AE and the LSA Party, relating, among other things, to payment instructions and reimbursement obligations among the parties thereto.
