My Service Space or "MSS" means the self-service web portal provided by Orange that allows Customer to

  • On Customer’s request, Orange will train Customer representatives on Orange’s support processes and on the use of My Service Space (e.g. for Incident Management, etc.).

  • Alternatively, the Parties may use the quoting and ordering tools provided by Orange (e.g. a portal made available as part of "My Service Space" or via an API, mobile app, URL, etc.

  • Orange will provide Customer with various reports regarding Business Talk through its My Service Space portal or such other portal or reporting tool as Orange makes available to Customer.

  • Customer will be able to see via the My Service Space portal the Incidents related to Business VPN Galerie, as well as the status of the Orders for Business VPN Galerie Service.

  • On Customer demand, Orange will train Customer representatives on Orange’s support processes and on the use of My Service Space (e.g. for Incident Management, etc.).

  • The approved Sub-processors are listed on My Service Space portal (Welcome Page\Get Help\General Data Protection).

  • If Customer does not have access to My Service Space portal, the list of approved Sub-processors will be made available as set out in the Description of Processing provided by Orange.

My Service Space or "MSS" means the Orange My Service Space web portal, which is a web portal that allows Customer to report and track Incidents, obtain information regarding the inventory of Customer’s supported services, and monitor and obtain reports for certain supported services, using a login name and password provided by Orange when the supported service is implemented. MSS support is provided only in English.
My Service Space or "MSS" means the self-service web portal provided by Orange that allows Customer to (i) report and track Incidents, (ii) request and track Changes, (iii) access near real-time dashboards for the Devices, and
