National Objective definition

National Objective means the specific goals and purposes of this project set forth in Attachment A of the Grant Agreement.
National Objective means those objectives approved by HUD and listed in §3.2 of this Exhibit B.
National Objective means Program funds expended for eligible Program Activities that 100% benefit low-income household occupants by housing individuals or families whose incomes do not exceed 120 percent of area median income.

Examples of National Objective in a sentence

  • If the Subrecipient fails to use CDBG-assisted real property in a manner that meets a CDBG National Objective for the prescribed period of time, the Subrecipient shall pay the Grantee an amount equal to the current fair market value of the property less any portion of the value attributable to expenditures of non-CDBG funds for acquisition of, or improvement to, the property.

  • If SUBRECIPIENT fails to use CDBG-assisted real property in a manner that meets a CDBG National Objective for the prescribed period of time, SUBRECIPIENT shall pay the CITY an amount equal to the current fair market value of the property less any portion of the value attributable to expenditures of non-CDBG funds for acquisition of, or improvement to, the property.

  • In determining CDBG National Objective compliance with jobs created or retained only Permanent jobs may be counted; temporary jobs may not.

  • The Subrecipient certifies that the activity (ies) carried out under this Agreement will meet the National Objective of Low- and Moderate-income persons, LMC- presume benefit in accordance with CFR 570.208 (A).

  • The SUBRECIPIENT shall refund to the COUNTY any funds received for an activity if the activity does not meet an approved National Objective in accordance with 24 CFR 570.208 and the terms of this Agreement.


More Definitions of National Objective

National Objective. All CDBG funded activities shall meet a CDBG national objective as defined by HUD regulation 24 CFR 570.200. Failure to meet a national objective shall require immediate repayment of all funds to the City of Columbia.
National Objective means in Phase One construction of water, wastewater and road and stormwater infrastructure to serve six (6) affordable homeownership units, and Phase Two will contribute to the construction of twenty-eight (28) low and moderate income rental units as described in Attachment A to the VCDP Grant Agreement.
National Objective means the specific goals and purposes of this project set forth in Attachment B of the Grant Agreement, which must address the purposes set forth in Title I, section 101(c) of the Federal Housing and Community Development Act, 42 U.S.C. sections 5301 et seq., and conform to procedures set forth in federal regulations at 24 C.F.R. section 570.483.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.

  • Investment Criteria The criteria specified in Section 12.2(a).

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.
