Neighborhood Common Areas definition

Neighborhood Common Areas means that real property, including any improvements and fixtures thereon, which is owned or leased by, or dedicated to, a Neighborhood Association for the common use and enjoyment of its Members. If any Neighborhood has been submitted to the condominium form of ownership, this term includes the common elements of the condominium.
Neighborhood Common Areas means all real property and improvements owned or leased by, or dedicated by recorded plat to, a Neighborhood Association for the common use, enjoyment, or benefit of its members. If a Neighborhood is a condominium, the term includes the common elements of the condominium as well as any real property owned or leased by the condominium association.
Neighborhood Common Areas means all real and personal prope1ty (or interest therein) that is designated as such in any Supplemental Declaration for the common use and benefit of one or more Neighbo�hoods and their respective Neighborhood Owners
