Net Land Area definition

Net Land Area means the gross land area of the Property less the land area included in utility easements, drainage easements, ingress/egress easements, rights-of-way, 100-year flood plain and encroachments on or across the Property. The area within the 100-year flood plain shall be as defined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or other applicable governmental authority.
Net Land Area means the area of a lot owned by a proponent less:

Examples of Net Land Area in a sentence

  • The total area of all impervious surfaces on a lot divided by the Net Land Area of that lot shall not exceed 25%.

More Definitions of Net Land Area

Net Land Area means the Gross Land Area minus the area of any Environmental Features and associated buffers within the Gross Land Area that are being conveyed to the Township, or other public authority, at no cost.

Net Land Area means the “Gross land area” minus any storm water management facilities to be conveyed to the City, major utility corridors and easements, and any “Environmental lands”. Notwithstanding the above, where water services, wastewater services, public roads, private roads and/or parking lots are located within the major utility corridor/easement or the “Environmental lands”, the respective portion of the lands where the said improvements are located shall be included as part of the Net land area.
Net Land Area means land other than bluffs, ravines, wetlands, floodplains, and land located within Two Hundred Fifty feet (250') of the high water mark of Bog Pond, Bradley Lake, Elbow Pond, Highland Lake, Hopkins Pond,
Net Land Area means the Gross Land Area minus any stormwater management facilities to be conveyed to the City and any Environmental Lands.
Net Land Area means the area of land remaining after any required public dedication.
