Net Requirement definition

Net Requirement. (08/15/08 Version) means the amount of federal power that «Customer Name» is entitled to purchase from BPA to serve its Total Retail Load minus amounts of «Customer Name»’s Dedicated Resources shown in Exhibit A, as determined consistent with section 5(b)(1) of the Northwest Power Act.
Net Requirement means the annual sum of all expenses and fees, including Debt Service Coverage allocated to a particular Cost Center, minus all Offsetting Revenues.

Net Requirement means the amount of federal power that PacifiCorp is entitled to purchase from BPA to serve its Total Retail Load minus amounts of PacifiCorp’s Dedicated Resources shown in Exhibit A, as determined consistent with section 5(b)(1) of the Northwest Power Act.
Net Requirement means with respect to each Cost and Revenue Center, the sum of all obligations associated with such Cost and Revenue Center including, but not limited to O&M Expenses, Debt Service Fund Requirement, Coverage, Amortization Requirement, O&M Reserve Requirement, Equipment and Capital Outlays Allowance, Capital Expenditures, and other associated Capital Charges.
