NET REQUIREMENTS«Customer Name»’s Net Requirement equals its Total Retail Load minus «Customer Name»’s Dedicated Resources determined pursuant to section 3.3 of the body of this Agreement and listed in sections 2, 3, and 4 of this exhibit.
