Nevada Gaming License definition

Nevada Gaming License means any gaming license necessary for the ownership, construction, maintenance, financing or operation of the Project, whether issued and/or required by Nevada Gaming Authorities, Nevada Gaming Laws or otherwise.
Nevada Gaming License means all licenses, consents, permits, approvals, authorizations, registrations, findings of suitability, franchises and entitlements issued by any Nevada Gaming Authority necessary for or relating to the conduct of activities under the Gaming Laws within the State of Nevada.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • IGRA means the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988, P.L. 100-497, 25 U.S.C. Sections 2701, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and all regulations of the NIGC promulgated thereunder.
