New Collateral Documents has the meaning specified in Section 5.11(b).

More Definitions of New Collateral Documents

New Collateral Documents means preferred ship mortgages, deeds of trust, security agreements, financing statements and other documents (as amended, supplemented, restated, or otherwise modified from time to time) provided for by the New Credit Agreement(s) to be executed as of the Effective Date by the Reorganized Debtors granting to the Senior Secured Lenders liens and security interests in substantially all of the assets of the Reorganized Debtors having a priority junior only to (a) the security interests and liens granted to secure the New Revolver and LaGen Obligations, and (b) any Tort Liens. The New Collateral Documents will be substantially in the form of Group Exhibit 3.
New Collateral Documents means the instruments set forth in Schedule 3.01.
New Collateral Documents means the New Collateral Agreements and all other agreements, certificates, documents and instruments, including Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, required by law or reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to be filed, registered, recorded, delivered, executed or possessed to create a first-priority perfected Lien on the Collateral.

  • ABL Collateral Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or modified from time to time.

  • Additional Collateral Documents as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Senior Collateral Documents means the Guarantee and Pledge Agreement and the other Security Documents, the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement (upon and after the initial execution and delivery thereof by the initial parties thereto) and each of the security agreements and other instruments and documents executed and delivered by Holdings or any Borrower or other Grantor for purposes of providing collateral security for any Senior Obligation.

  • U.S. Collateral Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated US Collateral Agreement of even date herewith executed by the US Credit Parties in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the US Secured Parties and the Canadian Secured Parties.

  • Collateral Document means any Security and Pledge Agreement, any Mortgage or any other agreement or document delivered pursuant hereto or in connection herewith pursuant to which the Secured Parties or any Agent or other Person on behalf of the Secured Parties is granted a Lien to secure any Obligations.

  • Priority Lien Security Documents means the Priority Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on the Collateral), each agreement listed in Part A of Exhibit B hereto, and any other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, control agreements, or grants or transfers for security, now existing or entered into after the date hereof, executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Priority Lien Agent (including any such agreements, assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust and other documents or instruments associated with any Priority Substitute Credit Facility).

  • Second Lien Security Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other security documents executed and delivered in connection with any Second Lien Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
