New Equity Shares means new equity shares of Transferee Company as referred to in Section 8;

More Definitions of New Equity Shares

New Equity Shares means Equity Shares of Transferee Company, to be issued to shareholders of the Transferor Company pursuant to this Scheme, upon approval of NCLT in exchange of equity shares held in Transferor Company.
